A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in sales is responsible for maintaining and strengthening a company's relationships with its clients. Their duties include:

- **Customer service**: Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues
- **Outbound calls**: Making daily outbound calls to generate leads
- **Building relationships**: Building relationships with clients and colleagues
- **Handling complaints**: Handling customer complaints and feedback
- **Managing appointments**: Managing and scheduling appointments
- **Providing information**: Informing potential clients about the company's products and services
- **Identifying opportunities**: Proactively identifying opportunities for new business
- **Achieving targets**: Achieving agreed personal and departmental targets
- **Using company databases**: Using company databases to gain potential leads

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
