**Job Title**: Field Officer - Marketing
**Location**: Kancheepuram

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to introduce and promote the Maazter Application.
- Distribute promotional materials, explain offerings, and collect feedback from potential users.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with education professionals and institutional stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide insights to the sales and marketing team.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, inquiries, leads generated, and customer feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional events in the region.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or customer outreach, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in giving presentations and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Fluency in **Tamil and English** is preferred.
- Familiarity with educational industry trends and technology adoption is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
