**Nature of job**: Part-time (21 hours per week [3 days a week or 6 half-day a week: Physical mode (not “work-from-home”)])

**Academic Qualification**: Diploma/ Bachelor/ Master’s degree in any design stream dealing with design and development of multimedia communication, media design, digital media or related fields

**Skills**:
(i) Ability to learn new tools and do self-guided work

(ii) A strong understanding in designing and developing various digital communications;
(iii) Ardent user of social media and other digital channels;
(iv) Exquisite communication skills (both written and oral) in Bengali and English;

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- conceptualizing and designing market communications using a mix of text, graphics, audio-visuals.
- Prepare marketing materials (brochures, posters, banners, press releases, video etc) to augment our presence in the market
- Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional / digital campaigns
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post digital content on our website and social media accounts

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
