**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to teach students from Classes 3 to 7. The teacher will be responsible for developing students’ language proficiency, communication skills, reading comprehension, creative writing, and grammar knowledge. The role requires engaging lesson delivery, innovative teaching strategies, and fostering a love for reading and writing among students.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured English lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills appropriate for Classes 3-7.
- Foster creativity through story writing, role plays, discussions, debates, and reading activities.
- Design and implement assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Integrate audio-visual aids, ICT tools, and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning.
- Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities such as recitation, drama, and essay writing competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in school meetings, events and training sessions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in English (B.Ed preferred).
- Strong command over English language (spoken and written).
- Prior teaching experience with Classes 3-7 is desirable.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring young learners.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Saturday
- 8:20am to 4:00pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
