Vehicle Body Technician

**Education and other Qualification**:

- SSC / ITI in their respective trade.
- Should have experience of 2-3 years as body technician in an automobile dealership.

**II) Goal**:

- Contribute to total customer satisfaction by proper and timely execution of all repair orders.
- Carry out body repairs with zero comebacks.
- Complete all repair orders within the time allocated.
- Achieve monthly productivity target as set by the Body Shop Manager.
- Return the customer’s vehicle in a clean condition.
- Ensure dealer’s quality control levels are attained.

**III) Job Responsibilities**:

- Fix it right at first time and every time.
- Will follow all the safety rules and regulations laid down by the organization in their policy.
- Will properly dispose off waste materials from workshop as per organizational policy.
- Use all protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customer’s vehicle (Seat covers, floor Mats and fender covers)
- Use all safety devises in accordance with the operation performed ( goggles, leather gloves, respirators, solvent resistant gloves, masks, shield face protector, welding aprons, safety shoes, foot covers...etc)
- Maintain an adequate inventory of technicians hand tools to meet the service and repair requirements.
- Ensure all customers requests on the repair order are completed to a high quality standard.
- Strive to complete all repair orders within the time allotted.
- Identify and advise the Job Controller of any additional repair items found.
- Request Final Inspector to carry out final inspection of all work completed.
- Clock-on to personal time card upon arrival and off upon departure.
- Maintain accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every RO.
- Treat customer’s vehicles and belongings with care.
- Transcribe clear accurate account of all work complete onto the repair order.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
- Attend all trainings and strive to become Toyota Body Technician.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
