As a Store In-Charge at Cha Republic, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high operational standards, and drive sales growth. You will lead a team of dedicated staff members and create a positive work environment focused on teamwork, efficiency, and excellence, should do multitasking. Should handle the daily cash flow and depositing the money to accounts. Good Communication skills, Good hold on local language

Weekly : 1 day off

Salary : 18000- 20,000 negotiable

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Excellence:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the stores, including food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Billing
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality, service, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders (collect it from the said location), and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Lead by example in providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers, ensuring a memorable bubble tea experience.
- Proactively address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Graduation /Diploma in Hotel management or equivalent course completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving operational excellence, and managing budgets.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
