**PRIMARY SKILLS**: Zscaler

**JD**
- Should have at least 10 years of experience in Network/Security Support with minimum 5 years experience as a Zscaler SME (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC).
- Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) across 100,000+ users and all branch locations.
- Deep understanding of Zscaler architecture, policy management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting large, distributed environments (100,000+ users, global branches, multiple datacentres).
- Strong knowledge of internet breakout, SD-WAN, VPN, and remote access technologies
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, SIMAAS, ENTRAID) and endpoint security.
- Experience with VPN solutions, remote and office user access, and endpoint security.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive issues to closure.
- Own end-to-end incident, problem, and change management for Zscaler solutions, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with customer teams to gather requirements, analyse logs, and provide proactive recommendations.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during critical incidents or planned changes.
- Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) or higher certification is preferred
- ITIL certification or experience with Service Now is Preferred.
- Must Ready to work in 24X7 Environments in rotational basis.
- Must ready to work on Transition Environment.
- Mandatory Skills: Zscaler Web Security.
