- Responsible for identifying, attracting and onboarding new sellers onto the

platform with a very clear focus on expanding the platform's seller base.
- Seller Prospecting: Research and identify potential sellers that align with the

platform's target market and business objectives
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with

potential sellers. Act as a primary point of contact, understand their business
- needs and goals, and build trust and credibility
- Onboarding Process: Guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring

a smooth transition onto the platform
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored seller

acquisition strategies for specific regions. Provide input on pricing, product
- offerings, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain high-value sellers.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track seller acquisition

metrics, such as conversion rates, acquisition costs, and time-to-onboard.
- Generate reports highlighting progress, identifying trends, and recommending
- improvements to optimize the seller acquisition process.

development, or seller acquisition in an ecommerce or technology-driven
- company
- Strong understanding of B2B ecommerce trends, dynamics, and

challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic

environment.
