**Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst/Engineer**

**Job Summary**:
The QA Analyst/Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products, services, or software through systematic testing and quality control processes. They work closely with development teams to identify and address issues, ensuring that the final product meets high standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 Test Planning**: Collaborate with project stakeholders to create comprehensive test plans that outline test objectives, scope, and strategies.

**2**Test Execution:* Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing, based on the test plans.

**3 Bug Tracking: Identify,** document, and track defects or issues using bug tracking tools, and work with developers to resolve them.

**4**Test Automation:* Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline repetitive testing tasks.

**5**Quality Metrics:* Monitor and report on quality metrics, such as test coverage, defect density, and test pass/fail rates.

**6**Continuous Improvement:* Continuously assess and improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**7**Collaboration:* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on quality goals.

**8 Documentation**:Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

**9 Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to the product or service being tested.

**10 Training**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, testing techniques, and tools to enhance expertise.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with programming languages (for automation).
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Experience**:
FExperience in quality assurance or testing roles is preferred.
Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or standards may be required for specialized QA roles

Pay: ₹12,563.05 - ₹42,905.41 per month
