Resource should be able to enhance the contract management module within CRM. Excellent understanding of start/stop/transfer services (configurations and enhancements), screen enhancements within CRM is a must.

- Must have experience of working in Service delivery projects involving integration with other SAP modules where middleware and replication exists between the systems.
