Post **:Accounts Incharge ** Openings : 01 Nos.

Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Qualification : C.A. / ICWA compulsory. (Others need not to apply)

Experience : 10 Years in Manufacturing industry

Salary : 70,000 to 90,000 Monthly

ROLE AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 1. Complete Accounting responsibility including Billing, GST, TDS, Compliances and Internal External Audit.

2. Complete responsibility of Payable & Receivable

3. Handling the department of A/c and Finance Independently

4. Finalizations of Accounts

5. Attending Tax Assessment, Income Tax

6. Analyse all GL account any irregularities in the expense head

7. Prepare Profit and loss monthly.

8. Statutory working and filling returns / payment on time

9. Weekly meeting for Outstanding Recovery and follow up with customer for outstanding

10. Finalisation of Balance Sheet and coordinated with CA for preparing tax audit report

11. Internal Audit / Inventory Audit / Regular Income tax Audit

12. Liaising with financial institutions for raising adequate finance to meet working capital

13. Preparing Monthly Stock statement / Financial Follow up Report I / Financial Follow up Report

14. Bank audit and all other compliance related work

15. GST Audit and all other compliance related work

16. Coordinate with legal Matter and Agreement documents

17. Visiting GST Department/ IT Dept. for compliance as and when required or on notice

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
