**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Department**: Procurement / Supply Chain
**Location**: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
**Reporting To**: Purchase Manager / Head of Procurement

**Job Summary**

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services in alignment with company requirements. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely delivery standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers through market research and vendor analysis
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and finance teams
- Track deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues or delays
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure supplier performance meets expectations
- Prepare procurement reports and assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives
- Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and pricing fluctuations

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain and procurement best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
