**Position: Graphic Designer**

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of conceptualization and design principles including typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and communicate effectively in English.
- Degree or diploma in Graphics Designing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in freelance or artistic media firms.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Technical proficiency in graphic design software.
- Ethical behavior and commitment to quality excellence.
- Aptitude for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create, review, modify, and recreate designs to meet customer requirements and ensure high-quality production output.
- Proactively identify and address issues related to systems, tools, and processes.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Participate in activities aimed at enhancing skills required for the role.
