**Job Summary**:
As a Motion/Animation Designer with a web focus, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations, motion graphics, and interactive elements for web platforms.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for web-focused motion and animation projects.
- Create animated graphics and videos using computer software such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premier Pro.
- Create illustrations, designs, and other artwork used in marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with web designers and developers to seamlessly integrate animations into web interfaces, ensuring optimal performance across various browsers and devices.
- Optimize animations for web delivery, considering file sizes and loading times.
- Contribute to the enhancement of user experience by creating animations that guide users, provide feedback, and communicate information effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to web animation and motion design.
- Implement innovative design techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of digital creativity.
- Create motion graphics that communicate ideas effectively.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure animations function as intended and meet the requirements.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion/Animation Designer with a strong web focus.
- Proficient in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Animate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, user interface, and user experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web animation integration.
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring ideas to life through motion and animation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
