IT Executive - Logics, Unicommerce, Cloud & Production Module Expert

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee **Logics ERP** and **Unicommerce** platforms, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handle the **Production Module** in ERP, including bill of materials, process mapping, production tracking, and inventory alignment.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for ERP-related issues across departments.
- Ensure **cloud infrastructure management** (e.g., AWS, Azure, or other platforms) is stable, secure, and optimized.
- Monitor and manage server uptime, backups, and data security across cloud services.
- Provide support for **navigation-related tools or systems** (such as warehouse routing, product tracking, etc.).
- Coordinate between the IT team and other departments to implement tech solutions aligned with business processes.
- Prepare SOPs, documentation, and ensure proper system training for end-users.
- Suggest and implement technology upgrades, automation tools, and IT improvements.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in **Logics ERP** and **Unicommerce**.
- Experience working with **Production Modules** within ERP systems.
- Sound understanding of **Cloud Technologies** (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Understanding of **navigation tools or systems** used in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or ERP tools will be an advantage.

**Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years** of relevant experience in IT support/ERP/cloud systems.
- Hands-on work in **Logics ERP, Unicommerce**, production modules, and cloud-based systems is **mandatory**.
- Expertise in **Logics ERP**:

- Working knowledge of **Unicommerce**:

- Experience in **Production Module**:

- Knowledge of **Cloud Systems**:

- Familiarity with **Navigation systems or tools**
