**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide expertise in SAP HANA Administration to maintain database integrity and performance.
- Administer NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA systems to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Lead SAP Basis Administration activities to support system health and user access.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure SAP systems meet financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the Automotive Industry stakeholders to tailor SAP solutions to industry-specific needs.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in planning and executing system migrations and upgrades.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration.
- Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting and the Automotive Industry.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Show proficiency in system performance monitoring and optimization.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and industry best practices.

**Certifications Required**

SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade
