Primary responsibilities are as below:
1. Cold Call Companies and get required information to build database
2. Closer to the event Call registered Visitors and inform them about the show.

Broader **JD for the telecallers** as below for your reference:
1. Research about Breweries from across India and maintain an excel or google spreadsheet.
2. Collect information and maintain an excel or Google Spreadsheet about Brewers, Master Brewers, Managing Directors, Senior Management, Purchase/ Procurement teams, Production and Operations teams from breweries of all production capacities.
3. Call to inform about the tradeshow/ expo being organized.
4. Invite senior management as VIPs for the event
5. Follow up with people on their interest and aid in registration for the event.
6. Closer to the show call visitors to brief them on all the different activities planned during the show.
7. Act as a concierge for other requirements such as Hotel recommendations etc. near the venue.
8. Tele-calling team would need to be Bangalore based and willing to work out from our Domlur office.

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹20,933.87 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
