Global IS Domain Delivery Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in FICO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CFIN are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar management position and 10+ years of overall experience in ERP delivery/operations/management with demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
- Deep understanding of Finance processes (AP, AR, Treasury). Strong experience with Central Finance (CFIN), SAP modules, and cross-functional system integration.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on Finance process optimization and automation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven project management capabilities, including managing multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines. A strong focus on continuous improvement and automation, with a passion for driving innovation within enterprise systems.
- Experience managing relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Hands on experienced in managing $15M+ budgets (licenses, services and employees)
