For **MIS Executive** - This role is crucial for enhancing productivity and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. Their primary job is to manage and analyse data to help the company make informed decisions. This includes extracting accurate data from the Software and ensuring it is well-organized.

One of their key tasks is to generate detailed reports and dashboards that highlight the organization’s performance, allowing management to identify trends and make strategic choices. They also analyse data to uncover insights or patterns that can drive business improvements. They collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Additionally, they train staff on how to use the Software effectively. Ensuring data security and compliance with regulations is another critical responsibility.

Playing a role in strategic planning by offering data-driven recommendations. Lastly, they may oversee projects related to data systems, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:
**Data Management**: Overseeing data analysis, report generation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

**Performance Analysis**: Supporting organizations in performance evaluation and decision-making based on data.

**Data Processing Oversight**: Ensuring efficient Software data management and reporting within the organization.
- Collecting, analysing and disseminating data in a time-sensitive manner to the management. Presenting complex data in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders and senior management.
- Assisting in strategic planning and implementation of existing Software systems and thus contributing to long-term planning by identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis. Provide actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Training employees on how to use the Software systems and providing troubleshooting assistance as and when required.
- Looking into maintenance and upgrades for Software as required.
- Generating regular and ad-hoc reports, such as service wise costing, client wise costing, employee wise costing per month or per quarter or annual reports.
- Creating dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to present data visually.
- Overseeing the maintenance and performance of MIS tools
- Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data from breaches or unauthorized access.
- Regularly auditing systems to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- **Working alongside Departments**: Working together with HR, Finance, Operations and other teams to create MIS reports that match each department’s requirements.
- **Preparing Report**: Making use of tools such as Excel VBA and Power BI to easily automate the processing of data regularly.
- **Problems & Error Fixing**: Checking that every piece of generated data and report is correct, consistent and not the same as another.

**Educational Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology. A master’s in business administration or advanced knowledge in data analytics.

Preferred certifications:

- Excel Advanced Certification
- Earning a Power BI or Tableau Certification
- Classroom courses in Data Analytics and Visualisation
- MIS Reporting Tools Certification
- **Being aware of several MS Excel skills**: Good expert level knowledge in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, conditional formatting and data validation.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Before deciding, the ability to understand data and form useful conclusions.
- **Database Management**: Being able to use MS Access or related database systems to manage data well.
- **Communication Skills**: Skill in making complex explanations about technical data easy for everyone else to understand.

**Time Management**: Being able to manage several data requests and report productions without sacrificing the accuracy or timeliness of work.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
