Responsibilities: 1. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in Economics for senior secondary classes (grades 11 and 12) as per the prescribed curriculum. 2. Use innovative teaching methods, including case studies, group discussions, and real-life economic examples, to enhance student learning. 3. Prepare students for board examinations by conducting regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions. 4. Foster critical thinking and analytical skills by teaching concepts like microeconomics, macroeconomics, and economic policies. 5. Stay updated with current economic trends and incorporate them into lessons to make learning more relevant. 6. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive and disciplined environment. 7. Provide academic guidance and counseling to students to support their career aspirations. 8. Maintain accurate records of students' progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians. 9. Participate in school activities, workshops, and training programs to contribute to the overall growth of the institution. Requirements: 1. Postgraduate degree in Economics or a related field. 2. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). 3. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Economics at the senior secondary level (preferred). 4. Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum and examination patterns. 6. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 7. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of educational technology and digital teaching tools. Ability to motivate and engage students in learning. Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹8,940.36 - ₹40,540.97 per month
