**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Engage in the incident management processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Proactive monitoring and implementation of new technology solutions to maintain outstanding performance and reliable IT Services.
- Coordinate effectively with project team members and business stakeholders to ensure high quality service.

**Background & Skills**:

- Willingness to grow your competencies by gaining exposure in multiple business entities across the world and communicates effortlessly in both written and spoken English.
- Project management experience.
- Result oriented, motivated and a self-starter.
- Technical understanding of Microsoft client technologies in an enterprise context.
- Good to have knowledge about User administration concept with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure AD
- Experience in IT ticketing systems
