Key Responsibilities:
Verification Calls:

- Initiate outbound calls to businesses listed on ADROIT for the purpose of verification. Confirm and update essential details such as business name, address, contact details, and services offered.
- Verify the physical location of the business through telephone inquiries.
- Confirm that the business operates from the stated address.
- Contact Information Validation:

- Confirm the validity of contact numbers and other communication channels. Ensure that the provided contact details are accurate and operational.
- Service or Product Verification:

- Validate the nature of products or services offered by the business. Confirm that the listed services align with the actual offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting information.

Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.

Familiarity with local business operations and relevant regulations.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma is required and a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, business verification, or a related field is beneficial at least 6 month.

Languages : English (preferred) and Telugu (preferred).

Immediately Joining required.
