**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil the requirements of the Academy curriculum program.
- Prepare and deliver lectures to senior students on topics covered in chemistry syllabus.
- Evaluate and grade students' classwork, laboratory work, assignments, and papers.
- Coordinate and supervise laboratory activities to enhance students' practical skills.
- Participate in faculty and parent meetings and communicate students' progress.
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
- Encourage students to pursue academic excellence and support their holistic development.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of chemistry and incorporate relevant advancements into the curriculum.

**Requirement & Skills**
- Master's degree in Chemistry
- Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chemistry teacher at the CBSE level.
- In-depth knowledge of Chemistry concepts and laboratory practices.
- Lesson planning and classroom management.
- Student assessment and evaluation.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Collaboration with educational staff and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with educational technology and software.

Date of Joining: Immediate / 15 Days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
