**Project Cordinator Trainee**:
**Qualifications**:

- **B.E. in Mechatronics** or **B.E. in Electrical Engineering**:

- **MBA** graduates are also eligible

**Role Overview**:
The **Project Coordinator Trainee** will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support**:

- Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Track project milestones, progress, and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate communication among team members and act as a liaison when required.
- Monitor resource allocation and highlight areas of concern.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update project documentation (plans, logs, status reports).
- Analyze project data and create performance reports.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Support in identifying risks, issues, and bottlenecks within projects.
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Technical Assistance (for Engineering Background)**:

- Assist in analyzing technical project requirements and specifications.
- Support technical troubleshooting and problem-solving within projects.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage project-related correspondence and logistics.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

**Skills Required**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Basic understanding of electrical or mechatronics systems (for engineering graduates).
- **Tools/Software**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exposure to project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello (preferred).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
