**Job Description: Catalogue Executive**
**EXP- 6months to 1 year**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Product Listing Management**:
○ Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Jiomart, AJIO, Mynkaa) to enhance visibility and drive sales.

2. **Data Audits**:
○ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform manual audits of product data and resolve outliers or exceptions effectively.

3. **Process Improvement**:
○ Identify trends and patterns in catalogue performance and recommend process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.

4. **Stakeholder Communication**:
○ Provide timely updates and responses to internal stakeholders regarding catalogue-related tasks in accordance with SOPs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

5. **Record Keeping**:
○ Maintain comprehensive records of day-to-day catalogue management activities using trackers and workflow tools.

6. **Performance Metrics**:
○ Monitor and meet business metrics such as SLA adherence, productivity levels, and quality benchmarks to support overall business goals.

7. **Promotional Strategies**:
○ Assist in developing promotional strategies, including discounts and bulk packages, to enhance product appeal and increase sales.

8. **Quality Assurance**:
○ Inspect product information, landing pages, and checkout processes to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use for customers.

9. **Collaborative Environment**:
○ Work collaboratively within the team to contribute to the growth and success of catalogue management initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in catalogue management, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and catalogue management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
