Position: MIS Executive

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive with 2 to 3

in MS Excel and a working knowledge of SQL language. The MIS Executive will be

responsible for managing and analysing data, generating reports, and providing insights to

support informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
Collect, compile, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and

completeness.

Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.

Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Reporting and Dashboards:
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide timely insights to

stakeholders.

Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments.

Interpret data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.

SQL Querying:
Utilize SQL language to query databases, extract relevant information, and perform data

manipulations.

Collaborate with the IT team to optimize data retrieval and reporting processes.

Documentation:
Document data definitions, data sources, and report generation processes.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of SQL queries, scripts, and data-related

workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide accurate

and relevant information.

Assist in translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
