**Job description**
1. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the store.
2. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
3. Effectiveness of follow up.
4. Timely approvals obtained.
5. Adherence to approved system.
6. Soundness of filing system.
7. Safety & Retrieve ability of records.
8. Superior satisfaction with contribution/ participation.
9. Customer satisfaction with service.
14. Task Completed as Requested.
10. On-going communication with end user representative for delivery of materials
11. Compliance to operational procedures and instructions, safety, quality and environmental procedure and instruction, issue procedures.
12. Maintains computerized information systems and participates in their development to improve efficiency within the unit. Uses inventory management and online tracking system. Prepares purchase requisitions for replacement stock or new items.
13. Assist in inventory cycle counts as required
14. Administers store accounts. Identifies and analyses discrepancies and errors. Corrects errors and follows up on problems.
15. To provide unique solution to people & organizations through constant innovation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
