**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging in confidential conversations with UK nationals to assess their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
- Assisting in the development of job descriptions and specifications based on client requirements.
- Participating in training programs to enhance recruitment and industry knowledge.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Good telephone manners and the ability to conduct professional and confidential conversations.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated honesty and integrity in professional interactions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and develop recruitment skills.
- Basic knowledge of the [industry/sector] or a willingness to acquire industry-specific knowledge.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: Degree or relevant certification in HR, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹9,956.04 - ₹15,000.00 per month
