**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues within the office.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Maintain and update software and hardware inventory.
- Assist with setting up workstations and office equipment for new employees.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair or replacement of IT equipment when needed.
- Ensure data backup systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain basic network connectivity and troubleshoot internet issues.

**Skills & Knowledge Required**:

- Basic understanding of computer hardware (CPUs, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)
- Knowledge of printer and scanner setup and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
