The Skin Trainer will be responsible for training students in professional skin care techniques, cosmetology, and beauty therapy as per Lakmé Academy curriculum standards. The trainer must ensure high-quality delivery of theory and practical sessions, provide individual student support, and maintain professional grooming standards to represent the Lakmé brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct theory and practical training sessions on skin care, cosmetology, facials, treatments, and advanced skin services.
- Deliver curriculum as per Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech guidelines.
- Demonstrate professional techniques and supervise hands-on student practice.
- Guide students on client consultation, skin analysis, and treatment procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor students for skill improvement.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are followed in labs.
- Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and events at the academy.
- Maintain professional conduct and discipline in classrooms and labs.
