**Role Overview**

To overview the batches allocated ,conduct training and laboratory sessions, MIS management, Biometric attendance management, organizing internships, placement drives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- You will be overall responsible for the batches allocated for each cycle. Key responsibility would be to conduct training and laboratory sessions of the batches for various programs undertaken by Medhavi Foundation.
- You will attend all the trainings (without fail) conducted by Medhavi Foundation for self-development to deliver better in your respective capacity at your assigned role.
- Apart from conducting training sessions and laboratory sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include MIS management, Biometric attendance management, organizing internships, on the job training and placement drives, participation in mobilization drives, contacting relevant recruiters etc. if required.
- You will be mandatorily required to update online reporting sheet on daily basis with details of daily learning outcome update.
- Perform any other task as assigned by the Company as per the requirement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- M.Sc/ B.Sc/ Diploma in Food Technology or Food Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a trainer.
