We’re on the lookout for a **versatile Videographer** who can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content across **mainline campaigns, digital platforms, and social media.**
You’ll be the visual storyteller responsible for transforming ideas into compelling video narratives — whether it’s a brand film, ad campaign, influencer shoot, or trending reel.

This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, with a keen eye for detail and a pulse on what works in today’s digital-first world.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Pre-Production & Planning**
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to understand campaign objectives and visual direction.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and shot planning for digital and mainline campaigns.
- Scout locations, arrange equipment, and prepare shoot logistics.

**2. Video Production (Mainline & Digital)**
- Shoot videos for brand campaigns, social media content, product demos, events, and ads.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with a professional understanding of framing, composition, and movement.
- Direct on-set activities when required to ensure brand and creative vision are achieved.

**3. Post-Production**
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with strong storytelling flow, pacing, and emotion.
- Add graphics, sound design, color grading, and effects to enhance production quality.
- Deliver multiple video formats optimized for web, social, and offline platforms.

**4. Content Innovation**
- Stay updated on social media video trends, formats, and platform algorithms.
- Experiment with new visual styles, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and branded video content.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in videography, preferably in an agency or production house.
- Proficiency with cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema-grade) and lighting setups.
- Expertise in editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects preferred).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, storytelling, and branding.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience shooting for multiple formats — short-form (Reels, YouTube Shorts), ads, and long-form content.
- Ability to handle both production and editing independently.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and LUTs.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
