1. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote outbound tourism packages to the UAE, Southeast Asia, and Europe. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. - Set regional sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.

2. Business Development: - Identify and establish relationships with key travel agents, corporate clients, and potential partners in the assigned regions. - Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote tourism packages. - Expand the company's market presence in the assigned regions through networking and attending industry events.

3. Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they achieve individual and team sales goals. - Provide training and support to team members, helping them to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.

4. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Reporting and Analysis: - Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Use data and feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
