Training & Placement Officer

The Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences, Birla Colony, Bhiwani, Haryana is seeking a **dynamic and seasoned Training & Placement Officer (TPO)** to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our management students.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training & Placement Officer at The Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences, Birla Colony, Bhiwani, Haryana, India. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for campus placement, college recruiting, developing soft skills, and providing training to students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage final and summer placement activities for Engineering, BBA and MBA students.
- Leverage industry networks to unlock core job opportunities and elevate student placements.
- Foster relationships with top employers, ensuring the best companies recruit on campus.
- Provide comprehensive career services, including resume building, interview coaching, and personal growth counselling.
- Mentor students, aligning their profiles with industry demands and guiding them towards successful careers.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with HR departments across industry, corporate, and business sectors.
- Design and execute annual placement activity plans, outstation visits, and corporate engagement strategies.

**Experience Required**: 5-10 years

**Educational Qualifications**: B.Tech. MBA/PGDBM/PGDM with min. 55% marks (from a reputed institute)
