**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in agriculture.

**Language Skills**: Professional proficiency in written and spoken Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and expertise in agriculture-related matters across project activities, ensuring alignment with Amiha's commitment to fair pricing and sustainability.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to surveyors on agricultural best practices.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey agricultural concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in farm management, technological skills, and problem-solving abilities to optimize agricultural processes and address challenges.
- Collaborate closely with team members to implement and monitor agricultural initiatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in agriculture, preferably in Organic and BCI cotton cultivation.
- Professional proficiency in Hindi, and English (spoken, written, and typing).
- Strong communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to provide leadership in agricultural projects.
- Immediate availability for joining.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
