**A. Position Summary**:We are looking for a **Mill Operator** for a group company of **Dynamic Prestress (I) Pvt. Ltd.**
The position is **based in Nashik** and involves operating rubber mills efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

**B. Key Responsibilities**

**1. Operating the Rubber Mill**:

- Start up and shut down the rubber mill as per established procedures.
- Load raw rubber and additives (fillers, chemicals) onto the mill in the correct sequence as per the prescribed recipe.
- Adjust the roller gap to achieve the required mixing and kneading consistency.
- Monitor and control the rubber compound temperature using steam and water lines.
- Inspect the visual appearance of the rubber compound to ensure quality compliance.

**2. Safety Procedures**:

- Wear appropriate **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
- Adhere to **safety guidelines** for operating the mill, including emergency stop procedures.
- Identify and report any potential **machine hazards** or safety concerns.

**3. Maintenance and Housekeeping**:

- Perform **basic maintenance** tasks, including lubrication and cleaning of the mill.
- Maintain a **clean and organized** work environment to ensure smooth operations.

**C. Required Skills and Qualifications1. Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **rubber processing and compounding**.
- Ability to operate and **troubleshoot rubber mixing mills**.
- Knowledge of different types of **rubber additives** and their functions.

**2. Physical Abilities**:

- Ability to **lift and handle heavy rubber slabs**.
- Manual dexterity to **adjust mill settings** and handle controls efficiently.

**3. Other Skills**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to **work effectively in a team environment**.
- **Minimum Qualification**: SSC (Secondary School Certificate) OR Rubber-I.T.I
- **Experience**: At least **1 year** of experience in a rubber industry, preferably in the **mixing department**.
