**Role Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and diligent Articleship trainees to join our Accounting Specialist team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and advisory services while working under the mentorship of seasoned professionals and CFOs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities and ledger management for clients
- Assist in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Participate in internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.)
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analyses
- Assist in implementing financial processes and internal controls for clients
- Collaborate with senior associates and CFOs on client deliverables and reporting

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- CA Intermediate/IPCC cleared (both or either group)
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and standards (Ind AS preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is a plus
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a client-driven environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic setting
