Job Schedule:
Work mode: Remote
Days: Monday to Saturday.
Working Hours: 10: 30 AM to 7:00 PM.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team and drive growth through proactive client acquisition. As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, leveraging your skills in cold calling, networking, and innovative approaches to secure new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct effective cold calls to generate leads and identify potential clients.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through targeted outreach and networking.
3. Develop strategies for client acquisition.
Present our products/services to prospective clients, articulating their value propositions effectively.
4. Explore innovative approaches to business development, staying abreast of industry trends and market demands.
5. Communicate and negotiate with clients to establish mutually beneficial relationships.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in cold calling and successful lead generation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
2. Demonstrated ability to bring in potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
3. Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
