We are hiring for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job includes training period of 1 month (probation)

We run music courses, so converting enquiries to admissions is one of the major part of the job

- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls and transfer to the respective departments
- Inward and Outward registers (Students and Teachers)
- Managing all stationary items and requirements
- Fee collection and follow up
- Maintain Inventory
- Managing front office housekeeping and cleanliness
- Ensure young kids leave premises only with their parents

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Strong communication /phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Punctual with strong attendance history

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular
