**Designation**: Store Executive

**Reporting to**: Engineer**/**Chief Engineer/Sr. Engineer

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years.

**Job Type**:Full Time

**Job Time**:8:30 am to 6 pm
- Preparing indent Material issued to the site in ERP / what’s App.
- Take follow-up from the purchasing department
- Receiving & Recording all incoming materials daily.
- To maintain records and report the status of client-supplied Material.
- Updating stock register on receipt and issue of material.
- Issuing Debit notes to sub-contractors/agencies wherever Applicable.
- Physical stock verification of all Materials weekly & monthly and submit reports to Management.
- Gate inward & outward Register & excel entry.
- Preparation of material outward gate passes
- Issuing material to the contractor.
- Making all issues, returns, and stock transfer posting in the ERP/register system.
- Preparation of stock statement Monthly basis & yearly basis Party bill checking

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
