Develop production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications, to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities
- Notify customers of any delays and outages.
- Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to the plant head promptly.
- Assist in new product development and enhancements.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Determine equipment, materials, and manpower required to cover production demand.
- Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
