**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate records of resort income and expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
- Manage GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor budgets and support cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with the central finance team and auditors.
- Use **Hotsoft** software for billing, revenue tracking, and financial reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the **hospitality/resort industry**.
- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with **Hotsoft** is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
