Managing and coordinating office tasks, including filing, generating reports, or setting up for meetings.
- Processing invoices and keeping track of accounts receivable and payable.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Verifying, posting, and reconciling transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, purchasing orders, checks, and others.
- Maintaining company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Assisting in auditing services and ensuring they are correctly performed.
- Processing expense reports and controlling expenditure.
- Ensuring company adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department.
- Assisting with payroll operations whenever necessary.
- Managing inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Compiling and maintaining records of office activities and business transactions.
Pay: ₹8,385.45 - ₹22,000.00 per month
