**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Communication Handling**
- Coordinate client appointments and meeting schedules

**Documentation & Filing**
- Maintain project files, drawings, vendor invoices, and client records
- Prepare letters, bills, quotations, and formal communication

**Daily Office Operations**
- Track material inward/outward and daily staff attendance
- Manage office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace

**Accounts & Purchase Coordination**
- Assist in basic bookkeeping, petty cash maintenance, and follow-up on payments
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and invoice follow-up

**Project Tracking Support**
- Update Excel trackers for ongoing project status, site photos, and material updates
- Coordinate with project managers for data entry and reporting

**Team Support & HR Assistance**
- Help with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records
- Support team with admin needs like travel booking, printing, etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word)**:

- Strong communication - Tamil
- Basic knowledge of accounts handling and file management
- Organized, proactive, and multitasking ability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
