Front Office Female(Clinic Back Ground)

Key Responsibilities:
- **Patient Interaction**:Welcoming patients, answering phone calls, providing information about hospital services, and addressing general inquiries.
- **Appointment Management**:Scheduling appointments, managing patient registration, and coordinating with doctors and other departments.
- **Billing and Payments**:Assisting with billing processes, processing payments (including online transactions), and providing information about insurance and digital billing options.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining patient records, managing files, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- **Communication**:Liaising between patients, doctors, and other staff, and ensuring clear and effective communication across all channels.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Handling mail, maintaining office supplies, and performing other administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the front office.
- **Maintaining a welcoming environment**:Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and provides a positive first impression.
- **Complaint Resolution**:Addressing patient concerns and complaints, escalating issues when necessary, and striving for quick and effective solutions.
- **Compliance**:Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with other hospital staff, including nursing and medical teams, to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or business.
- May require previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a customer service or healthcare setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
