**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment within the guest house premises throughout the night.
2. Conduct regular patrols of the guest house, including its entrances, corridors and common areas.
3. Check and verify the identification of employees and visitors during the night hours.
4. Respond promptly to any security incidents, emergencies, disturbances and take appropriate actions as per standard operating procedures.
5. Report any security breaches, incidents or damages to the designated authorities and follow proper reporting procedures.
6. Collaborate with the day shift security team to ensure a smooth transition and exchange of information.
7. Provide assistance to employees in case of any inquiries & requests during the night shift.
8. Comply with company policies and regulations, ensuring adherence to security protocols and safety measures.
9. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance security knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:
1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a security guard, preferably in a hospitality or guest house environment.
3. Strong observational skills and attention to detail to identify potential security risks or breaches.
4. Physical fitness and ability to conduct regular patrols and handle emergency situations.
5. Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and basic security equipment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact witt employees and team members.
7. The ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
8. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
9. Being legally eligible to work as a security guard and possessing any required licenses or certifications is preferable

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. First Aid or CPR certification.
