Field Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Manage leads through the sales funnel, converting them into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising (a plus).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
