**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising loading / unloading of material
- Reviewing order wise dispatch report and planning for pending dispatch on daily basis.
- Arranging transport for dispatch of material, as per material volume & weight.
- Tracking the consignment till reaches final destination.
- Preparing tax Invoices and delivery challans.
- Preparing job work challan for outgoing material and maintain the record of acknowledgment receipts.
- Updating outward and inward stock register manually and in the system.
- Inventory record maintaining.
- Responsible for proper materials receiving as per vendors challan and purchase order.
- Preparing GRN of materials at Stores and forwarding the same to concern department.
- Preparing job work challan for outgoing material and maintain the record of acknowledgment receipts.
- Proper use of Godown space
- Submitting stock inventory report on monthly basis.
- Co-ordination with purchase department for indent processing.
- Reviewing order wise dispatch report and planning for pending dispatch on daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
