**Job Summary**:
The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure design intent, functionality, and quality standards are met within the defined timeline and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, review, and finalize architectural drawings, layouts, and details for commercial interior projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, prepare design concepts, and present design proposals.
- Collaborate with MEP, structural, and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth integration of all services.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for design conformity and quality standards.
- Manage design changes, revisions, and approvals in coordination with project and procurement teams.
- Ensure all designs adhere to safety, regulatory, and building code requirements.
- Maintain documentation for design revisions, approvals, and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to verify design intent during execution.
- Support project managers in cost estimation, value engineering, and material selection.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of commercial interior design and fit-out processes.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office**; knowledge of **3D visualization software** is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing for corporate/commercial interiors.
- Good communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture** from a recognized university.
- **COA registration preferred.**:

- **Minimum 5-10 years** of experience in architecture and design coordination within **commercial interior fit-out projects.**

Pay: ₹18,841.32 - ₹50,613.41 per month
