**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- **Order Assistance**:
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:
Collaborate with shipping, billing, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Record Maintenance**:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Issue Escalation**:
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary.
- **Industry Awareness**:
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed customer service.
- **Performance Metrics**:
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
- **Process Improvement**:
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
